What do I ‘do’?
In recent decades, I’ve worked with orgs of all sizes to help make digital and physical products work better for people – both users and biz folks – from strategy to execution.
My approach to work is to create transparency and trust. Improve, incrementally. Act with kindness, respect and curiosity. Listen, ask questions, learn from missteps, get sh*t done and have some fun along the way.
From features in a software application to focusing on big societal dreams my philosophy is to question everything, check for common understanding, generate positive engagement and get to work while using good management practices as a bulwark against breakdowns.
